Head chef, Wyatt Shevloff, has created a menu paying tribute to the classic American diner. Time tested favourites such as the all American 100% prime Angus beef burger, the classic macaroni & cheese and 12 hour slow roasted bourbon B-B-Q ribs feature on the menu as well as some more extravagant dishes including whole Canadian lobster and our Louisiana crab cakes made to a delicious, secret southern recipe!
