We take bookings in the main hall for the lanes and restaurant up to 3 months in advance. During peak periods and December our lanes are reserved for those dining in the restaurant.
We have 6 lanes in the main hall and advise a maximum of 6 people on a lane (we can squeeze 7!). We book per game, rather than per time-slot, and estimate that it takes about 10 minutes per person per game (therefore if you are a group of 6 your game is likely to last 1 hour).We can then book you a table in the restaurant for either before or after your game. We do recommend that you book in advance.

Please note we are not licensed to have under 18’s on the bowling lanes or in the bar area after 6pm.
We can take bookings for up to 30 in the main hall depending on availability and timings. We’ll reserve 4 lanes for a game and then a large table in the restaurant for a sit down meal or space in the bar for canapés and cocktails.
We recommend our private room for larger groups as we find it hard to accommodate groups of this size in our main hall but during quiet times it may be possible to accommodate larger groups in the main hall.
Our private room is recommended for groups between 30 and 80 guests.
We are required by law to operate a registration policy. WE ARE NOT A MEMBERS ONLY VENUE. There is no need to register in advance and it is only for your first visit as after that you will be given a High Roller card for all future use. There is no cost and you can sign in up to 6 guests. High Rollers must be over 18 to register. All private room or coproate bookings are exempt from the registration policy.

We require credit card details for all bookings taken. Nothing is charged to your card in advance, however details are held in case of a cancellation or no show.
You will be charged £10 per person if you cancel less than one day before your booking or do not show up at all.
You will be charged £10 per person if you cancel less than seven days in advance or do not show up at all.
During peak times our lanes are reserved for those dining in the restaurant or pre-ordering canapés. Peak times at All Star Lanes Bayswater are Tuesday to Saturday 6pm-9pm. You will be charged half the cancellation fee – £5 per head – if you don’t show for the table on the evening. Please note that if you make a combined booking for bowling and dining during peak times then we will be unable to cancel the diner part of your booking nearer the time without cancelling the entire reservation.
If you are 7 people or less we require one week’s notice – you will be charged £10 per person if you cancel less than 7 days in advance or if you do not show up at all.
If you are 8 people or more we require two week’s notice – you will be charged £10 per person if you cancel less than 14 days in advance or if you do not show up at all.
We will always endeavour to fill your booking as we don’t want to charge you! If we manage to do so your cancellation fee will be waived. However please be aware that payment will be taken if we fail to get a replacement reservation.
For us, postponing your booking is the same as cancelling it. You will still be charged if we are unable to fill your reservation.
