• GUESTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THEIR DEPOSIT IF ANY OF THEIR PARTY FAILS TO SHOW VALID ID ON ENTRY



 



DAMAGES



• WE TAKE A VALID DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD IN THE VENUE TO SECURE KARAOKE EXTRAS



• IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE TO THE KARAOKE, BOWLING EQUIPMENT OR ANY PROPERTY WITHIN THE VENUE & ITS FACILITIES, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THE COST OF THE REPAIRS



 



SHOES IN OUR PRIVATE LANES



• ALL SHOES WILL BE COUNTED BY A MEMBER OF STAFF AND CROSS CHECKED BY THE EVENT POINT OF CONTACT



• IF ANY ARE MISSING BY THE END OF THE EVENT, THESE WILL BE CHARGED AT £45 PER PAIR

RESELLING



Reselling of event space/private room booking is not allowed without prior permission from All Star Lanes. If a booking has been made and found to have either sold the space on and/or offering a ticketed event without prior permission then the booking will be deemed to be in breach of contract and will be cancelled and forfeit any deposits paid.
