Keeping you safe

We've got the cleanest balls in town

We’ve worked hard behind the scenes to make sure that we can operate safely. We want you to know that the well-being and safety of our guests and staff is our absolute priority, and we’d like to assure you that we’ve created the safest environment possible in line with UK government advice. Keeping everyone safe and healthy is our number one goal.

Social distancing measures

Contactless ordering

We’re making it easy to order and pay from your mobile.

Cashless payment only

We’re taking cashless payment only via card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Reduced capacity to help social distancing

We’re monitoring capacity throughout the day to allow for social distancing and the best possible guest experience.

Clear social distancing signage / screens

We've installed clear signage throughout our venues to help guests keep a safe distance from one another and, where required, physical screens.

Karaoke booths

We’re taking bookings in our private karaoke booths for up to 6 guests at one time from 1 household. The booths and microphones, including mesh covers are sanitised between every group.

Bowling Balls

Balls are sanitised between games.

Please note smaller groups of 7 or less may be required to share the ball collection area. Balls are stickered to denote which lane they belong to and Guests are asked to only use balls that are assigned to their lane.

Hygiene and disinfection measures

Guests must wear a face mask when not seated in the venue

We advise that guests must wear a face mask at all times when not seated in the venue, including whilst bowling.

Surface cleaning regularly

We've introduced enhanced cleaning measures throughout the day, which seek to disinfect high-frequency touch points, including all our bowling balls on the lanes and our touch screens and microphones in the karaoke booths

Easily accessible hand sanitiser stations

We've introduced a number of hand sanitiser stations around our venues for guests to use.

All staff in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

We’ve introduced new Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements for all our staff to help protect them and our guests. These include face shields, regular hand sanitising and a requirement to fill a pre-work health questionnaire. All our staff will now participate in COVID-19 specific training programmes instructing them how to stay safe as well as how to keep our guests safe.

Single use menus

We provide single use and digital menus for guests to order from.

Guests can wear their own shoes

We allow guests to wear their own shoes to bowl where it’s safe to do so – no open toes, heels or wedges please.

Guest hygiene

As with our staff, we politely request that all our guests uphold the highest possible hygiene standards – whether it be when sneezing or coughing, through regular hand washing or the frequent application of hand sanitiser.

It’s important that you refrain from visiting our venues should you start displaying any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19. Please contact should you need to amend your booking.

We look forward to letting the good times roll!
