TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All guests must pay a deposit of the full bowling or activity amount in order to secure your bowling/activity.
• Packages must be paid in full.
• On arrival, you will be required to set up a tab and your deposit will be redeemed against your final bill.
• Bowling – Prices are per person, per game and all prices include shoe hire.
• Karaoke – Prices are per person, per hour.
• Darts – Prices are per person, per game. For health and safety reasons, players must be at least 18 years old to be in the oche or to play interactive darts.
• Qbix Gamecube – Prices are per person, per game.
• Shuffleboard – Prices are per hour, per Shuffleboard.
• During our festive period and Bank and school holidays, peak pricing apply for all bookings.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We ask that you accept our terms and conditions including our cancellation charges during the payment process.
• All credit/debit card payments are securely handled by an industry-leading payment processor and are never stored on our website.
• As outlined in our Privacy Policy we will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Please be aware that by completing your reservation, you are accepting our terms and conditions.

• We ask all guests to wear bowling shoes when bowling with us which is free of charge. We have sizes from kids size 9 to adults size 15.
• All property is left at the owners risk and management is not responsible for damage or theft.

• A deposit of £20 per person is required to secure your booking including full payment of pre-orders.
• Packages are for a minimum of 10 people, and must be ordered at least 5 days in advance, any changes after this may incur a charge.
• Changes to orders and final numbers need to be made no later than 72 hours in advance of the date of your booking.
• Package prices may vary throughout the festive period.
• All prices include VAT.
• A discretionary service charge will be added to your bill.
• Please note our kitchen is an environment where nuts are used. Please ask for full allergen information on all our products.

• If you wish to cancel, please contact us more than 72 hours before your arrival time.
• If you cancel or change the date of the booking less than 72 hours prior to your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded. Please note, amendments to the booking date can only be made once.
• If you are a group of 10+ guests and want to cancel your reservation, you must give 14 working days notice otherwise your deposit will not be refunded.
• If you do not show up for your bowling/dining and/or activity booking your deposit will not be refunded.
• We ask all our bowlers to arrive 15 minutes before your lane time, if you are running late we will do our best to accommodate, please make your way to the venue as soon as you can. We can only hold your lane for 10 minutes. After this time we cannot guarantee your booking, however we will do our best to fit you in if we can and allocate your deposit to a later game. If we have no lanes available we will put your deposit towards your restaurant bill if you dine with us. Deposits are non-refundable.
• Reducing the party size within 72 hrs of your booking will forfeit the deposits of each person who is not attending. Please note that for groups of 10+ we require 14 working days notice if you wish to reduce the party size.
• Increasing the party size prior to arrival requires an additional deposit per additional guest.
• Deposits are taken by credit or debit card. Refunds will be put back to the same card that the booking was taken on.

• We take cashless payment only via card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Under 18s are allowed in venue until 7pm at Brick Lane & Holborn and until 8pm at White City & Stratford.

• We operate a strict ID policy, so please ensure you bring a valid form of photo ID to prove you are over 18.
• Guests will not be refunded their deposit if any of their party fails to show valid ID on entry.

• We allow well-behaved dogs at our Brick Lane and White City venues in certain areas.
• We ask that dogs are kept on their leads at all times with a maximum of 2 dogs per lane at one time.
• All owners are responsible for their own dogs at all times in All Star Lanes.

• We take a valid debit or credit card in the venue to secure karaoke extras and should there be any damage to karaoke or bowling equipment we reserve the right to charge the cost of the repairs.

• Reselling of event space/private room booking is not allowed without prior permission from All Star Lanes.
• If a booking has been made and found to have either sold the space on and/or offering a ticketed event without prior permission then the booking will be deemed to be in breach of contract and will be cancelled and forfeit any deposits paid.

• All prizes subject to availability.
• Winners will be contacted by direct message by a representative of All Star Lanes from the associated social media account.
• One winner will be chosen at random.
• Limit of one entry submitted during the entry period – 2 entries if you share via stories. Additional entries will be disqualified.
• No cash alternatives and the prize is non-transferable.
• These competitions are not in any way affiliated with or endorsed or sponsored by, Instagram, or Meta.
• Open only to legal residents of the UK who are 18 years of age or older at the time of submission. Normal licensing laws apply. You will be required to provide a copy of your ID in order to receive your prize.
• Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods may void that entrant’s submissions and that entrant may be disqualified from the competition.
• All Star Lanes reserves the right to cancel or modify the competitions, including these Terms and Conditions.

In-venue prizes

• All Star Bowler runs from Monday 19 October 2026 to Friday 30 October 2026 inclusive at All Star Lanes Holborn, Brick Lane, White City and Stratford.
• Open to children aged 11 and under on the date of their visit.
• There is no extra charge and nothing extra to book. Standard bowling prices apply, including peak pricing during school holidays.
• Prizes are awarded on the score from a single game, as shown on the lane scoring system. Please show a member of our team the score before leaving your lane.
• Scores achieved using bumpers or a bowling ramp count.
• Children scoring 70 or more receive an All Star Bowler clothes pin. Children scoring 100 or more receive an All Star medal in place of a clothes pin.
• Limit of one prize per child per visit.
• Prizes are subject to availability. If stock runs out, All Star Lanes may offer an alternative prize of similar value.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at all times. Our Under 18s policy applies.

Photo competition

• To enter, take a photo of your child with their All Star Bowler prize at the All Star Bowler backdrop in any of our venues. Then share it on Instagram as a feed post or Reel, tagging @allstarlanes.
• The competition opens on Monday 19 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 1 November 2026. Entries posted outside these dates will not be counted.
• Entries must be posted by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over who is a UK resident. Children must not enter using their own accounts.
• Your Instagram account must be public so we can see your entry. Instagram Stories are not eligible.
• Limit of one entry per Instagram account. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple accounts or identities may lead to disqualification.
• By entering, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the child pictured. You also confirm that you have permission from the parent or guardian of any other child in the photo.
• One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries. The winner will be announced on @allstarlanes on Monday 2 November 2026 and identified by Instagram handle only.
• Prize is an All Star experience, including bowling, karaoke, food & drink and a goody bag!
• The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @allstarlanes account only. All Star Lanes will never ask for payment or bank details to claim a prize.
• The winner must reply within 7 days of being contacted. If they do not, All Star Lanes may choose an alternative winner at random.
• The winner may be asked for photo ID to confirm their age and identity before the prize is issued.
• No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.

General

• This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or administered by Instagram or Meta.
• Personal data collected through this promotion will only be used to run the competition and contact the winner, in line with our Privacy Notice.
• All Star Lanes reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion, including these terms and conditions, at any time.
