How long do I get on the lanes?
We reserve 10 minutes per person for a game of bowling as this is the average amount of time it takes a guest to complete their game. So for three people you would have the lanes for half an hour. The maximum number of people we book on one lane is 7, any groups over 7 are split evenly across multiple lanes and the length of time is adjusted accordingly.
How much does it cost for a game of bowling?
For anyone 12 years & under, the cost of bowling is £6.95pp on peak times, and £5.95 on off peak
For anyone 13 years of age or over we have three prices:
At Manchester, off peak is £6.95pp
At our London venues, off peak is £7.5pp
And at all venues, we charge £9.95pp during peak times

I am trying to book online, but the system is telling me I need to dine during peak times
During peak times (generally 6pm weekdays and all-day weekends) our lanes are reserved for people that are dining with us in our restaurant, ordering a minimum of a main and a side each.
If you have a group of 15+, you can take up one of our fantastic bar packages.
If you want to bowl-only, please book during our off-peak hours.
I’ve checked online, and it says that there isn’t availability
We run a live-booking system so the availability you see on line will be up-to-date. If there’s no availability on the day you’ve requested, try checking another date otherwise if you’re in London, try looking for another of our London venues for availability.
What if I need to make changes or cancel my booking?
To cancel or make changes, please call our reservations team on one of the following numbers. Our teams answer calls from 10am until 10pm every day including weekends. Please do not email to amend a booking.

All changes to bookings, including cancellations must be made before the following cut-off dates to receive a refund or have your deposit carried over to a future date. Groups of up to 14: 48 hours/ Groups of 15+: 10 days.
Can I reserve lanes beforehand and pay on arrival or hold lanes provisionally?
We cannot provisionally hold lanes, you must pay a deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation with us. We recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out.
What happens with the deposit I pay at the time of booking?
During peak times where a restaurant reservation is required, your £9.95 (per person) deposit is split evenly between your lanes (£5) & Dining reservations (£4.95). This deposit is redeemed against your final bill.
Do you have any age restrictions?
Yes. From 6pm onwards (9pm at Stratford) our lanes and bar areas are strictly 18+ only. Anyone under the age of 18 will need to be off the lanes by then but are welcome to stay in the restaurant until 8pm (9pm at Stratford).
Do you check for ID on arrival?
Yes. From 6pm onwards, we check for ID on arrival if you look under 25 years of age. We have a strict no-ID, no-entry policy so please make sure you bring ID with you.
How do I redeem my NHS discount?
Guests must present their NHS card in order to get 20% off food, drink and bowling. Available Monday - Friday. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, package or promotion. Not availale during Christmas.
What is the maximum number of kids I can book for?
We can book a maximum of 14 kids in our main hall only online and over the phone. For kids’ parties with 15 or more kids, please reach out to our events team by email (email@example.com)
